Trinity Management Associates, Ltd. (TMA) was first organized in May of 1983 by
enterprising real estate broker James R. Taylor III. to provide professional property
management services to both public and private property owners. Mr. Taylor had
previously served as vice president of the Housing Development Corporation of Lancaster
County before organizing TMA.
In 1992, John N. McCamant Jr. joined TMA and became the President and broker of record
in 1995 after the untimely passing of founder James Taylor. Mr. McCamant was the former Chief Planner and Chief
of Housing and Structural Inspections of the City of Lancaster before joining the firm.
During the next 10 years, TMA expanded its management services into the commercial sector and managed over 80,000
square feet of mixed commercial properties. Sales also expanded in the area of multi-family residential
and commercial properties as well.
In 2005, Timothy P. Patches became the President and broker of record of TMA after joining the firm some 10 years earlier.
