OUR MISSION STATEMENT
To assist owners in meeting governmental requirements and providing affordable housing for those who seek rental assistance.
To assist owners, sellers & buyers with listings, certified market analysis, sales of residential, investment properties or commercial, feasibility studies, and the purchase and selling of properties.
HISTORY
Trinity Management Associates, Ltd. (TMA) was first organized in May of 1983 by James R. Taylor III. In 1995, John McCamant, Jr. became the next President/Broker of TMA after the untimely passing of James Taylor.
Also, in 1995 Timothy P. Patches joined TMA and in 2005 became President/Broker. During Tim's tenure, TMA expanded its management services into the commercial sector and managed over 80,000 square feet of mixed commercial properties. Sales also expanded in the areas of multi-family, residential and commercial properties.
Trinity Management Associates, Ltd was named after Trinity College. James Taylor was so impressed by the college that he decided to name his company after this small Liberal Arts College.
Today, as TMA continues to grow and flourish, we are happy to provide property management services to:
- A. Private property owners such as attorneys, accountants, Real Estate investors / developers, Public Officials and individual owners
- B. Public property owners such as, U.S. Marshall's Office (managed seized properties). Trinity Management Associates was the Real Estate Asset Manager for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development for over 10 years.
For over twenty years, TMA has also worked with the following agencies to provide rental housing for their clients: Tabor Community Services, Lancaster Housing Authority, Church World Services, The Lodge of PA and other non-profit organizations. TMA was also awarded Top Seller of HUD Homes in 1998.
